Cellc has amazing call rates - but pathetic service. I have been trying to get this sorted since porting to then mid last year. If there is no cellc signal it roams on vodacoms network, calls work great - but no data. The call centre and tech dept is useless. I searched the internet everywhere and found that you need to change the APN from apple.cellc etc to internet. Now I can have internet on my mobile when on vodacom, but that APN does not allow my mobile hotspot to be activated on my phone to share internet connection. I had MANY cellc managers promising they will get this sorted and get back to me - but NOTHING. Truly a pathetic company to deal with. I can guarantee you the response to this post will be a customer service rep will look into this and get back to you.
