Have been a corporate account holder since 2004.
Have not been able to make contact with Maidi for about a week on my upgrade so I may be able to effectively communicate with the corporate who is MTNs client.
Have sent forms and identity via email. Cape Town never gave me this service. In Jhb I dont even know where to find the representative involved. Have tried on two occasions to contact via 808. 808 has the same cell and is unable to email her.
No response to email and voicemail off.
What do I do. All my colleagues are opting to Nashua Mobile Vodacom over MTN even with the corporate discounts as they are shocked at the service.
Should I port or is MTN to service the employees of the corporate clients.
