I cancelled a contract on the 24 August 2013. They said the courier will collect the phone within 10 - 14 working days. On the 17 September 2013 I phoned again. Then I was told the contract was never cancelled. They eventually found the initial cancellation with ref # EC-ZH2K-2JK93T. Again they assured me the courier will collect the phone within 4 - 6 working days. Ref # S3-T1L2L-LLEXN. On the 30 September I phoned again. Then I was told it is up to the courier to come collect the phone and was given no time period. I advised them that I will leave country soon and also asked them to refund my money they have taken and still continue to take. Still no courier or contact from them.
