Network problem suspended line

I ve reported poor networkin our area Ditenteng Village Moletjie (Polokwane) on January the 4th. And talked to Immanuel who promised me that I ll get call from Mtn but nothing happened till I called again on the 26th March and promised again by Immanuel that he ll take it up with his bosses but still no feed back. We loose a lot of airtime for nothing as you cannot hear anything because of network. Please help as we are frustrated and there's a lot of subscribers here. It cannot carry on like this. Their number is: 0839001212. With ref:0049225 for January and March.
My second problem is that now at this point I m in Polokwane branch for an upgrade but suddenly after an upgrade my number is suspended. Why I was told my phone was nt Rica ed but I did it a while ago but no evidence because you don't get any reference for Rica. Please help. I'm really frustrated. I m sitting here with Sarah (consultant in the store Polokwane branch) who is trying very hard to help me but it wasn't supposed to work like this. Please help. This causes a lot of frustrations. I ve been sitting here for four hours now.
