Poor Service and Faulty Handset

On the 13/12/2012 i received a contract phone from MTN Direct. when they were doing swim swap for my number they cut me off the network for 5 days. i decided to cancel the contract because of the poor service i had discovered that the BACK and MENU button are freezing and the handset did not have network on the 4/01/13. i took the phone their branch in Thabo Mbeki Polokwane on the 18/12/2012 as advised by Abel who signed me up. The branch managers refused to take the phone. i called MTN direct they promised to send a courier to fetch the phone. they didn't fetch the phone. i opened the phone to receive calls as i could not stay without a phone any longer as i will be inconveniencing a lot of people including work clients. i called them on the 2/01/13 then the phone was collected on the 7/01/12. since then i have been calling them to cancel the contract and reinstate my prepared number. on 17/01/13 i spoke to Granny she promised to solve the problem the same day. she called me on 18/01/13 and promised to arrange that i collect a new phone the from Thabo Mbeki Centre Polokwane but she didn't call till today. MTN has inconvenienced me. i want to cancel the contract and have my no back
