I took my car for fixing it had a problem with the coolant, VW Polokwane said that the coolant bottle was old and that it needed to be replaced. VW Polokwane ordered a new bottle that I paid for and then it was replaced, after driving the car for a day the coolant light went on again to show that there was something wrong again, I then took it back again and was told another story that the screws where loose VW Polokwane then bought new screws. VW Polokwane assured me that my car was fixed and I will never come back for the same problem. Today on the 5th Aug 2013 I had the same problem I took back to VW Polokwane, I wonder what story am I gonna get this time around. Im sick of this VW Polokwane. I spoke to the manager his name is Partick he said he will take the matter into his own hands. I totally don't trust that their technician especially their so called manager Eugen is competent enough. Can VW SA intervene
