Network in Polokwane

The quality of MTN's network connection in Polokwane is very poor. There are a lot of dropped calls and at times the network is very poor for both the internet and calls.
When I am in the Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban areas, the quality of the network is much better.
Something needs to be done about this
