It took me less than a day to realize that the service at Cybersmart is non-existing. My concern is however that it is even a worse experience to try and cancel the (non-existing) service with them.
It is disgusting to see how there is a constant finger pointing from one department to another and then off course the blame on Telkom as expected.
Getting ADSL has been the WORST experience of my life thanks to Cybersmart. I will not recommend them to anybody.
