Pathetic service

I have been trying to change my number since October this 2012, to this day nothing has been done. Always excuses, no one answers the phones at branches in Pietermaritzburg -Scottsville, neither do they respond to emails. The customer service centre cannot assist as they don't have anything logged from their respective branches (gauteng and kwazulunatal) although surprisingly they have deactivated my cellphone number without relevant information as they state (correct and complete documentation for a number swop has been sent to bothbranches atleast twice, yet still nothing logged). I did not have active number since good Friday andthis has still not been resolved, nobody can be contacted and
Only one person can resolve this being the manager of the customer service center whom is not available, they are costing me time and money. Cannot wait for this contract end. Most pathetic service!
