Terrible Service

I had ported my number onto a contract from Autopage to Cell C from Vodacom. Before my contract ended (Oct 2013) I specifically told a woman at Autopage Ballito that i would have my sim card change to a prepaid one. At the end of October, when the contract ended, my sim stopped working and I lost my number. We have been phoning Autopage customer services only to be told that I will recieve my number in 24 to 48 hours and that they have logged on the complaint. Today is Friday (2 Nov 2013) and I still do not have my sim sorted out. We called customer services again today only to be told yet again that my complaint has been logged and being process and that this will take 10 to 14 days! Firstly this is such an inconvience especially since I am a female living alone now left with no contact with anyone - and I must go through the inconvience of getting a sim card for this time while Autopage is processing this issue when they were the cause of the disrruption. I think its nonsense for me to improvise for their incapabilities when it was clearly stated before the end of the contract that I wish to change to a prepaid plan. Such an inconvenience and terrible service!
