I have received a response from Altech Autopage. It was very disappointing. All I want is my number back.
As they so nicely put at the end of my query: "As per our telephonic conversation, please be advised that the above matter has been resolved and closed." This query is far from resolved.
I have been a customer of Altech Autopage for over 10 years. They cancelled my contract when I still had one more year to go. I was ensured that my contract would not be cancelled.
I have phoned them and been to two branches and still, no-one can help me.
I will carry on complaining about my problem, until someone actually gets it right to get my number back.
I will never give up. So please, queries department, bring it on! I WANT MY NUMBER BACK.
