This morning i went on the cell c website, and found a nice deal on a new phone, so they emailed me a quote from from the site that said i must go into a store and get my deal. when i got to the store they told me the deal does not exist and that my email was fake, because the price did not match what they have, the price they have is now R200 more than my quote states, "the quote i got from the cell c website"
so they told me they not going to help me, i can complain to head office, the manager was very unfriendly and did not want to assist me, he clearly does not know how to handle customers, he also don't know the c.p.a.
i would like feedback as to why i cant get the deal that cell c quoted me on, it is not my fault that they made a mistake,
they have since changed the price of the deal online
