NUMBER PORT

I went to the Vodacom shop to port from 8ta to Vodacom on 25/03/2013.
i was told to put my sim card in the phone after 4 hours and call 100 to activate the sim, but when i do that the IVR system is giving me a different number. For the past four days i have not been able to make or recieve calls.
