I called the call center 3 times on 2.4.2013 and had to wait 30mins with no response and had to eventually hang up. I purchased airtime that the digits could not even be seen I logged a complaint on the website and still no response. MTN once the best network has now become a network that lacks service and communication. I am now changing my network and will be timing how long it will take to get some help from this so called SA's best service provide
