You responded to my previous complaint by confirming my complaint, and admitting you did not fix it despite claiming it was fixed. I am still not getting the data bundle that was supposed to be part of my contract. When I upgraded, the data bundle was included in the option I selected, yet you continue to refuse to correct my account by adding the data bundle to my benefits. Please be reminded that this is not a gift, I am paying for the data bundle that you refuse to reflect on my billing information. You did NOT, repeat NOT, fix the complaint no 3169310 as you claimed to have done.
