Cell C Insurance / Finrite have been almost useless with the repair of my phone. I made my claim on the 4th of March 2013 and I'm still waiting. I don't even think my phone is being repaired at the moment and it took a week before I was even given the OK to hand it in to a Cell C store. I've also had to pay additional excess because the date of loss falls within the 60 day period when my policy clearly states that the date of claim - not loss - is used to evaluate this excess. So not only am I receiving poor service, I am being ripped off. No matter how much I email/phone Finrite, nothing useful seems to happen even though I am continually promised to hear back and have this thing sorted. I am not the only person who has made use of Finrite for a claim via Cell C to have such a terrible level of customer service provided. This is ridiculous, I will never take Cell C Insurance again and am considering cancelling (if even possible) once my claim is complete.
