I am continually struggling to get any sort of download speed better than 0.13. When one phones the number that is only active during working hours I get told that the tower is oversubscribed. What is MTN doing about this, I am paying for a service that does not exist. Do I report this to ICASA or cancell this contract as this is a breach of contract with MTN, who need to supply a service with at least 90% effectiveness.
