Ever since I took out a contract with 8ta back in February 2012, I have been experiencing and complaining about the same problem. I pay R199 per month fot 10 GB of data - however, a few days before the end of each month, I receive a message to say that my bundle is nearly depleted, even though the stats, as seen in the software that they provide, clearly show that I still have many GBs remaining (e.g. 6 GB). I have complained and get absolutely NOWHERE. The people whom I have communicated with via Email refuse to give me the contact details of more senior persons to contact. As far as I am concerned, 8ta are guilty of from me and are in breach of contract.
