I wanted to transfer my account from my mothers name to my name but they list my documents and never ordered a phone for me. I waited in line for 1 hour and waited a month for them to never phone me back. And my mother still paid for my phone. And we tried to phone them and they just said they have no stock. I do not think its acceptable. Thank you
