Vodacom BAD SERVICE (Blackberry's Faulty)

As a fellow cellphone user I bought myself a blackberry on contract (The Top Up contract) at Vodacom, After 10 months, the phone gave me problems, I took it in to the store and I had to wait a month before they sent me another phone (NOT NEW), After 2 days I went back to complain about the reception and I was sent from pillar to post almost all week. After a week and a half they decided to take the phone in again and I gave them the reason for my concern. Then I had to wait another week, when I received my phone again, I saw on the repair slip that there was a software upgrade & the lens was replaced. I took it back again & was told by Constantine that it has to be sent away to Tygervalley who will then assess the phone & then sent JHB to be re- assessed. I have been incovenienced by Vodacom for the past 2 months, I have no phone, yet my monthly subcription is being deducted. I feel that Constantine have been spinning alot of stories around for the past 2 months, Vodacom will definitley not compensate me for lost of business, I am dependent on my blackberry as my main source of income. I will appreciate it if someone would assist me. Im moving to another network.
