Vodacom has grey areas - And no service!!!

HERE IS MY LIST OF VODACOM COMPLAINTS!!!
1) Cell Sure - Vodacom is the holding company!
I took out insurance on my Cybershot in 2009 and paid till Jan 2013 WITH NO CLAIMS - R85 x 48 months = R4080? and when I wanted to claim I was told that the phone insured is covered 3 years back? So what have I been paying for? After I cancelled cause I was paying for nothing they phoned me a month later to offer the service again??? NCA is you pay you must receive a service?
2) MIGRATION TERMS NOT STATED ON LEGAL DOCUMENT SENT VIA EMAIL
I got my upgrade on 24 April 2012 so in theory should end 24 MONTHS later? 1 May 2014 NO WRONG my account states 5 October 2014 cause if you migrate to a higher value contract, MORE MONEY FOR VODACOM, they add additional months to your account that is not stated on original upgrade / migration done - MORE MONEY THAN ORIGINAL AGREEMENT AND THEY ADD MORE MONTHS TO CONTRACT. Ripp off!!!
3) DATA CHARGES ADDED TO ACCOUNT
I have been a customer for over ten years and in this year my account jumped from R4000 to R7000 a month cause of data and Vodacom replies please see T & C. 8ta blocks data after out of bumble with option to buy? Vodacom??
