MTN and Nashua Mobile don't talk to each other which allows for!!! I've been experiencing really high mobile accounts and some of these accounts to the sum of R13.000.00, which I wanted a resolution to from last November, and every month with out fail I receive a bill for nothing less than R3500 EVERY single month. so I requested a soft lock be placed on my line the 16 March 2013, only to discover that I've apparently made 8 to 9 calls today alone to a number I don't know, and when calling this number and the receiver is not of the same race as I am!!! I've now just received notification that my bill as off 1 April is R3500- this is pathetic and unethical!!! I only have one SIM yet I apparently have to pay for some other bills- and what's worse is, its probably some internal person working at MTN. no offense but talk about riding the coat tail of a white person! I want this and prior issues resolved and I want to be credited ALL my money already paid to this incompetent awful company! If I don't get what I need to get resolution I will be filling to sue! I dont want to speak to a supervisor- I want exco to contact me- and I want this resolved TODY
