Cell C Only EDGE iPhone 5

I have the 12 month bundle (2GB per month) and an iPhone 5, everything was working until about a week ago, now my phone only receives EDGE and no longer receiving 3G signal - I travel between Paarl, Bellville and Cape Town not once have i received 3G Signal this week. it is extremely frustrating because i can't do anything on EDGE!

I Have tested the iPhone on Both MTN and Vodacom Networks it does receive 3G Signal and thus i have concluded the problem is on your end. Please Fix this!
