WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN BY VODACOM CONSULTANT

Good day, I have a contract with vodacom that I have been paying for 2 years without fail. Recently I was called by a vodacom consultant to say that I can migrate to a top up 200 and I will than only be paying R200 as I was previously paying R198 for the top up 135 and thought it was a marvelous idea, up untill today when I got my vodacom statement and got the shock of my life when my account went up from R198 to R263.50 almost R300 which I didn't budget for as I can remember asking the lady 3 times if I will only be paying R200 and she said YES!!! As for Vodacom I feel that I have been mislead and deceived and all this for being a good client all these years, as it's not my first contract with Vodacom. And mind you the calls were recorded so they should have it on their system. When I called in this morning to their customer service dept, they had the nerve to tell me that if I wish to change back to what my original contract amount stated I was told that I will have to pay and additional R368 just for the change to be made not to mention the R263.50 that also needs to be paid, that comes to a total of R631.50 that I DON'T HAVE!!!
