I was sold a neotel internet router on a 2year contract to be able to connect from the Northcliff suburb.
Since using it the signal has just become weaker and weaker to the point where it takes about 5 minuttes just to open google, if I am lucky, at times Google wont even open and its not only google it is any site.
I have phoned them and reported it about 5 times already.
one Technician phoned and said he did do tests in Northcliff and he can see the signal is very week and that they can mount an outside antena for me on the road side of the building, the body corparate of the building will not allow me to mount anything to deface the complex.
I think that it is very bad to sell somebody a product that you can not provide a decent service for in such a area as northcliff.
