I had given CELL C a call 2 weeks n 1 day ago to get info about data deals, i then told the sales lady i will think about it and get back to you, then i asked if she could check if i will be approved for a contract she did us i asked and she check up and i was told yes CELL C has approved me us a customer. 1 week after that i gave them (CELL C) a call again to take out a contract, i was asked to give my info n i did so, then i was told that there was a sales lady that helped me n she did the hard work its best n fair if she dose the rest, i said OK not a problem, then i was told the sales lady that helped me is not at work but she will get one of her team leaders to give me a call BEFORE THE END OF THE WORKING DAY.. AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR HER CALL .Any way i called again on the next Monday left about 10 messages STILL NO CALL .Call back on Tuesday talked to a guy give him my problem i was told start fresh again witch i did told him to please speed up my paper work i was told he will try but nutting was done i tryed call to chat with a team leader about 15 times was told that they busy or not in or in a meeting i left messages for them to call me back and i am still waiting
