I sent my galaxy 10.1 tab in to the store for a malfunction and received it two weeks later on the 16/3, with the wrong charger and the charging point of the tab faulty. The malfunction was resolved and worked properly for the better part of the weekend. On the Sunday of that same weekend the tab switched off and didn't come back on, the same problem again! I sent it in on the Thursday 21/3, the only time I had available. I sent it in and asked that it be marked "urgent" which it was yet I'm still waiting for their response for over a week and a half now.
