Customer Service Appalling

I have called Cell C to perform a number change, I received a reference number (26.11.13) and was told I will be called within 48hrs. I admit, cell did try to call but I missed the call as I was in a meeting at work. After my meeting I called back to cell c to tell them to plz call me back regarding my number change. The lady that answered told me that cell c would surely call back. A day went by (28.11.2013) but I heard nothing. I called back on Friday (29.11.2013) and was told by the Portia from the call centre that it has been escalated &someone from the escalations dept would call me back on Saturday as it was marked as urgent. Come Saturday and I still heard nothing so I called back at 11h45 &spoke to Candy who told me that the case is still open and she will mark it as urgent. Why would she do that if Portia already marked it as urgent? CELL C is just frustrating the h3ll out of me and if this is how they treat urgent services, I certainly will not take out another contract with them again in future and I will pass this msg on. This is just terrible customer service. I even asked to speak to the supervisor but was left waiting 10mis!!! Wake up Cell C!!!
