MTN South Africa, I am taking my business elsewhere... seriously this new Blackberry service thing is just a bunch of BS!!! I loaded my BIS a week ago and its telling me my fair use allowance is up and i'll be charged for additional usage. Now none of my messages are going through even. What a pile of honestly!! I might a well buy an android then phone!! I'M SWITCHING NETWORKS!!! What's strange is that when I check my airtime it says I have 75MB data left. My first problem with this sucky network was when I needed to load my BIS and couldn't figure out how to because they had made these silly changed which they failed to inform their customers on and then when I called into their customer care line the girl that helped me gave me such a attitude!! HIGHLY ANNOYED AT POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.

I don't think I'd be this annoyed if all these changes were properly communicated to me. They so quick to send out a automated mass message about my fair use allowance being up, but they cannot sms me with information on what this is all about and how it works etc.

I'M EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS POOR SERVICE!
