I'm a prepaid customer of Cell C and only use my phone for emergencies and local sms messages. From time to time load air time. It seemed tome that this airtime was being used very quickly in relation to the activity. When I loaded airtime in April, made a deliberate effort to check my usage and about 5 weeks later, available air time was R5, 00 with very little phone activity. On our return after an extended holiday, started correspondence with Cell C on 24th June and was advised that I had sent 2 int. sms messages and was being charged by content service called Integrat Technology (0861222767.) I have NEVER EVER SENT INT. SMS MESSAGES. There was also a phone call supposedly made by me but does not appear in my calls made. I also requested the towers from which these messages were sent and they cannot (or will not) provide this info. The int. messages were sent on 28th and 30th May when we were returning home from Natal so no one had access to my phone. And why would I send messages when I knew I had very little airtime available. Its not about the money but something strange is going on. Hope you can help solve the problem
