No stock for a year???

I had my line installed last year in May when I took the ADSL deal with 5GB of data and a 500MB dongle. At the time of installation, the Cape Gate branch did not have any stock of the dongles. Over the past year, I have gone into the branch on a number of occasions, only to be told... sorry, none in stock. Now I see Telkom is advertising the same package again. Please can you explain how there can be no stock of dongles for a year since the previous package was advertised, and how you intend supplying your new customers with these elusive dongles. Are they going to get preference over the old customers if and when you get the dongles in stock?? Oh, and the last time I went into the Cape Gate branch, the lady behind the counter sent an e-mail to her head office to escalate the problem. To date, not a word from them, even though she supplied them with my contact details. Please can Telkom let me know what they intend doing about this problem?? After all, if it's part of the package, then I've been paying for something for a year without getting it!
