WHERE'S THE DONGLE?

In August we subscribed to the R399 Telkom internet package. We were connected on 14 August and then some clown disconnected us on the 16th. No one could explain why. We then had to go through the entire process again. In this package we were to also receive an internet dongle. It is now nearly November and we have still not received it. Every time we enquire we are told they have no stock. Last time Aubrey at Longbeach Mall branch again said they had no stock and he would contact us when they got some in. Nothing yet. We went to Canal Walk where Melvin Potts promised he would keep us one and phone me when he had it. As usual nothing. No feedback ever either. So it comes as no surprise that 91% of comments about Telkom on are negative. Had they been a private entity they would have gone out of business long time ago. Obviously service delivery means absolutely nothing to Telkom which is typical of the way this country is being run and why it's going to the dogs.
