I bought a 2 year contract at the end of February and this was supposed to have come with a dongle, which was at that time not in stock. Although I have been back to the store on a number of occasions I am still not in possession of the dongle as advertised. "We did not receive stock", or "Phone the help line 10120", or "Well, it is for free" are that answers I got - but not as was contracted.
I have been paying for more than 4 months for something which I did not receive and nobody has the decency to contact me.
Surely this is a breach of contract, or at least a pathetic service. Beware and stay clear of Telkom - they do not deliver as promised! Go somewhere else; to suppliers who are actually trying to do business and deliver as promised.
