I have received thee most appalling and disgraceful service from Cell C. I got a tablet, after 2 days of having received it, it had a malfunction, I then called Cell C and they advised me to book it in for repairs. It has been over 4 weeks since they took my tablet to repair or replace it. when I need answers, I am transferred from 1 department to another with no answers. Cell C then decided to cancel my contract without my authorization. they have thee most rude staff I have ever encountered. Due to their incompetence, their clients must suffer and they dont actually care about losing clients. I am beyond amazed with this kind of service. It is officially safe to say that I DO NOT EVER WANT TO ME ASSOCIATED OR LOOK IN THE DIRECTION OF CELL C EVER AGAIN. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Its as if they pride themselves in bad attitude and a disgrace of a service.
Cell C IS THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER EVER, I would much rather stick to my Vodacom because I have never encountered problems of this sort, they are better at dealing with clients and far more professional than what Cell C could ever dream of being.
