Can someone at Vodacom who is cares about their brand image kindly contact me! After being promised that within 72 hours my boyfriends number would be turned back on we still wait almost 2 weeks later. Your unhelpful staff refuse to supply us with a reference number or an answer as to what on earth is going on. Vodacom are happy to money from our bank accounts but when it comes to customer support they couldn't care. The staff with exceptionally bad attitude in the Sandton Branch took over 2 hours to upgrade my moms phone on Sunday, slamming the phone and paperwork on the table and secondly no one at your East Rand branch can fix my boyfriends problem and refuse to supply some sort of reference number for us to follow up on, according to CPA this is the least a customer is entitled to. I'm Disgusted in the Service that "leading"network provider is giving to its customers! Best Vodacom take action and provide answers??? 2 WEEKS really that's appalling!
