Hi, I am currently experiencing heavy throttling/shaping with my 8ta 3G 21Mbps (Megabit) dongle.
I am trying to update my Battlefield 3 game but it is downloading at a constant 30 KBps. (Kilobyte)... and before any one jump to conclusions.. I captured screenshots where my connection can actually go up to 8Mbps on Youtube streaming... the screenshot also show statistics of how specifically my connection max out at 30KBps and flat-line at that speed for long periods of time.
I have done many software/ game updates with no problem, and now suddenly I have to leave the PC running for 2.5 days to download a 5Gb patch.
