I am a first year Unisa student and therefore needed to have access to the Internet. I entered a contract with MTN for a mobile rooter for R319 a month. I am experiencing constant down time with no internet access. I am constantly having no internet access between 17:00 and 12:00 am. This is unexeptable as I am employed full time and at times when I need to get onto the internet there is no service. Assignments have to be completed numerous time as internet keeps dropping.
I am not the only person that has been experiencing these problems. Is the MTN internet service in East London that bad!
