My cellphone contract expired and instead of letting me know that it has expired in November last year VODACOM chose to rather not remind me but contracted a call centre to hound me very aggresively to sell me a new contract (after my account was reverted back to the original default contract charges which I paid for as I did not realise my contract has expired). I have in the meantime renewed my contract with a local VODACOM shop to just get the call centre persuit off my back! (all that was done was to sign me up for another 24 months by making a note on the system for which I also had to pay R150 for! (for what?). Interesting enough after sharing my call centre experience with the ladies - at this VODACOM outlet - they informed me that even they themselves are not spared by the call centre operators in terms of being hounded by VODACOM!
