I converted my prepaid nr to top up contract on 8/08/2013. i am yet to received the airtime. my bank account was debited for an amount of over R300 and the package i am on is top up R200. i havnt yet received my pro rata airtime and my account was debited with more then it should have been debited with. please send my airtime and refund the money i was over charged please.
