I have noticed a dramatic drop in the quality of reception on my modem over the past few months. I now have to continuously reconnect and videos are continuously interrupted to download data. My son who also has a cell c modem and lives in Edenglen is experiencing the same problem. What has changed? are you going to fix it and by when.
I live at 94 Windermere Drive Farrarmere Benoni. If you ignore me I will call at your offices and find some senior person who can help me.
I tried in vain to submit this complaint on the cell c website. This feature is not responding.
