VODA CARE?? WRONG! VODACOM CONSUMERS

I HAVE BEEN A CONSUMER FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE A VODACOM BLACKBERRY 500 ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM. MY BLACKBERRY 9800 BECAME FAULTY AND I WENT TO VODACOM KEY WEST KRUGERSDORP OP MONDAY 11/3/13. I SPOKE TO A MAN SITTING NEXT TO A STAFF MEMBER EUGENE WHO IS WELL KNOWN TO ME. I SHOWED HIM THE PHONE AND ASKED HIM TO SEND IT FOR REPAIRS AS IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. HE TOOK THE PHONE, FIDDLED WITH IT AND TOLD ME THAT IF HE SENDS IT AWAY, I WILL BE WITHOUT A PHONE FOR THREE TO FOUR WEEKS. HE SUGGESTED I TRAVEL TO FOURWAYS MALL WERE I MUST HAND IN THE PHONE AT VODACARE.HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY SEND THE PHONE TO CANADA AND WITHIN TEN DAYS I WILL HAVE A BRAND NEW PHONE BACK AS THE CANADIANS DO NOT FIX IT, THEY DUMP IT AND SEND A NEW ONE TO R.S.A. I TRAVELLED TO VODACARE IN FOURWAYS MALL AND SPOKE TO A MAN WHO SAID HIS NAME IS BANGWE. HE GAVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE PHONE I SAW THAT HE DID NOT WRITE ANYTHING ABOUT CANADA. WHEN I ASKED HIM HE JUST LAUGHED. THAT AFTERNOON I RECEIVED A SMS THAT THE PHONE IS READY FOR COLLECTION.THE FOLLOWING MORNING I WENT THERE JUST TO FIND THE PHONE IS MISSING. A BAD ATTITUDE LADY CALLED CHARITY TREATED ME BAD EXPLAINED THAT THE CANADA STORY IS TO SAVE COST.
