5th Time for repairs & no response to complaint!

I was reffered to you by Caroline from 0821944. I took out this contract / phone in December 2012 and are very upset as this is now the 5th time that this phone is in for repairs in the last 2 months! The phone started giving problems in September and we took it in on 18/10/2013! Each time we get it back it still have the same problems; the unit heats up, it does not search on internet, keeps freezing. Everytime they say it is now correct, we have replaced the battery and memory card and still it is not working. What is the next excuse going to be?
This service is not acceptable and I request that this phone be replaced with a new one. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, this matter will be taken further through social media & Hello Peter. The debit order will also be returned as I will not be paying for a phone that is not working and for a company that provide no service. I have been with a loyal Vodacom customer for years but my needs may be best met with another provider.
