CAN NOT RECIVE CALLS URGENT

On the 14th of June i Ported my No. back to MTN from Virgin Mobile due to the fact that mtn has better signal out in Potcheftroom & i was able to load my BIS on my phone on the 15th of June. soon after i realized i was not receiving calls i can make calls & send messages and receive messages. i have been calling your call center and i was instructed to take my sim card out my Blackberry & put it in a older phone i did this and it was then determined that my Sim card was faulty so i went i brought a new sim card went & recia it & did a sim swap now i still cannot receive any calls. i call the call center again & i get told i must switch the phone off & the on again. this did not work so i call again & they help me to cancel all diverts & voice mail. this has not worked. I now can receive a call if someone with a MTN no calls me. i have been to your branch at fetherbrooke village & their comprehension & understanding is extremely limited as the just sit there and stare at you and say "I can not help you" i then went to your branch at Clearwater they tried to but still could not help me. It is all most two week i have not been able to receive calls. call me on (0737757540) tempo.
