I need my phone to work!

Last year on the 13th of July i got a Blackberry 9900 Bold from the Vodashop in Hyde park. After the phone was bought i phoned the lady who had put the phone aside for me to thank her and also ask if the phone doesnt come with a memory card. she told me no the phone doesnt. so i let that go.

the phone had network problems from beginning but i thought i just needed a software upgrade and id do it myself when i had time. in mid-January the phone froze, and when i rebooted, it died completely. i phoned hyde park to enquire since its still under warranty and i spoke to a guy called collins. collins advised that i take my phone to vodacare in cresta. they were so useless they checked the phone then told me the mother board was messed up they couldnt do anything. they wouldnt let me talk to a technician to explain properly what had happened.
i got my phone and took it back to hyde park to collins who then tells me my phone was meant to come with a memory card and an extra battery... but today Collins calls me to tell me i need to come take my phone back to cresta because cresta had opened the phone. i dont wanna take my phone back to cresta cos they were very useless and very rude.
