My voice mail is not working for the past 2 weeks now - it's my business phone, so nobody can leave me any messages.
When I phone 121 it tells me "this service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later"
I phoned Vodacom customer care twice now, they said that they have fixed it and I should reset my phone and retry later.
It still does not work! after calling again they now say they have tried "everything" they can and the handset must be checked out at a Vodashop??? surely they can sort this out, how difficault can it be? Well, I am due for an upgrade in the next month or so and I'm strongly considering my options to move to another supplier. So now it's up to them to try to keep my business.
