I have been on the phone to Vodacom's call center for over 30 minutes today, trying to obtain a statement of account. I missed a payment nearly two years ago, but paid it as soon as I was made aware of the problem. I was reported to the Credit Bureau even after this amount was paid. I am now trying to buy a house but on the brink of loosing it because Vodacom cant issue me a statement saying my account is paid up to do date even though their collections department (KVS Collections) sent me a settlement letter saying I don't owe Vodocom any further monies.
How ridiculous is this?? Its pathetic. All I need is a statement - your customer service is THE WORST I HAVE SEEN TO DATE
