In the the middle of September last year I wanted to use my RSC card to get something for about R 1000. Before I paid we first checked with RSC that I may use my card. Just to find out that my account has been block due to transactions that has gone through without me even knowing anything about it. The say that they could not get hold of me.

I submitted a claim to there department and made my payment as usual at the end of September without even receiving a statement.

I have been receiving letters and phone calls only from there collections department since then. I have send e-mails to there customer service and department and still have not received anything back.

I have not received a statement from RCS since August. Apparently the have cleared the amount from my account in November but not the interest that was added to my account. I don't have prove of anything without any statement

To date it is only there collections department that send me letters that I need to pay them and contact me by phone. They cant help me as they are working for the wrong department.

I have requested that they send my statements by e-mail.
