Vodacom employed unskilled people because they can't even understand when i explain to them that my installment date are the 15th of every month. Their statement date are the 3rd and now they said i am in arrears. They suspend my telephone line unlawful and i will sue Vodacom for lost of income due to the unlawful suspension of my telephone line. This is my business phone. I lost a lot of money due to this.
The Collections Manager also can't read a statement. My account was up to date 00000. The new invoice date are the 3rd and now all of a sudden he claims that I am in arrears. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HE CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT MY PAYMENT DATE ARE THE 15th. "BUT HE'S THE COLLECTIONS MANAGER"???
