My biggest regret porting to 8ta

I ported a few days ago to 8ta, it has been a disaster since day 1, the port was delayed, ever since the port, i am being over charged on data usage, the network coverage is so poor that my phone has to constantly switch to mtn, this is causing massive battery drain, imessage on my iphone 5 will not activate, in excess of R20 has been wasted via sms sent thru my phone to activate the service (iMessage), when roaming on mtn, i cannot send any sms
all these faults have been logged by 8ta
no resolve until now
all i request is that 8ta release my number in order that i may port to another network, i am not prepared to sit out 60 days with 8ta, i am currently on prepaid
