Charged another R1448 for calls i am not making

Vodacom, i am one off client and you keep on me off.
i asked for statements in my last complaint and did i get a reply NO!!!
can you please explain to me how do i get charged R1448 again, i really do not understand i have never made use of these sim cards and still that does not phase you as long Vodacom gets money, there is no protection for customer from you as a service provider and you just showing me that you do not care!!
listen i want my statements that show why you are charing me so.

i am going to terminate my contracts with you because this service here is one i will not tolerate.
once more.. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE!!!
